Preorders usually ship out within 2 to 3 weeks after your order is placed. We’ll keep you updated along the way, and once it’s ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Once your package leaves our hands and is picked up by the carrier, it’s officially on the way! You can track its journey using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. While we don’t have control over shipping delays or carrier schedules, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking updates — they’ll have the most up-to-date info on your delivery status.

Don’t worry — sometimes tracking updates can be delayed due to carrier processing or transit gaps. If it’s been more than 5 business days without an update, feel free to reach out to us at support@oiiio.co, and we’ll be happy to help you look into it!

Once an order is placed, it’s sent straight to our fulfillment team to ensure quick processing. This means cancel orders once they are submitted.

However, you are able to refuse delivery and have the package returned to our warehouse free of charge.

To refuse your package, leave a note for the carrier or bring the unopened package to the nearest USPS location to be returned to us at no cost to you.

Once the package is on its way back, please reach out to us at help@oiiio.com with the return tracking number. Please allow 7-14 days for our team to receive and inspect the package before processing your refund.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and the shipping carrier, so we’re unable to estimate or control the amount in advance.

Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. If the fees are unpaid, your package may be held or returned by the carrier.

Yes — all blind box figures sold on OiiiO are 100% authentic, sourced from official retailers or verified distributors.

We never sell replicas or unofficial merchandise.

That said, OiiiO is an independent brand, not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party IP holders such as Pop Mart or Pokémon. Our handmade outfits are original fan-made creations, crafted for personal enjoyment and doll styling.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed at customs, we’ll contact you as soon as it arrives back at our studio.

You can choose to have it re-shipped (additional shipping fees may apply), or we can offer a refund minus the original shipping cost.

To avoid this, please double-check your shipping info and keep an eye out for any delivery or customs notifications!

We totally get it — timing is everything when it's for a special occasion! While we always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Unfortunately, we’re not able to combine separate orders after they’ve been placed. Each order is processed individually to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible. If you’d like your items shipped together, we recommend placing them all in a single order.
