1. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance—we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or potential fraud.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD (or your selected currency at checkout), exclusive of taxes, duties, or shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways available at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the timeframes stated on each product page (e.g. preorder vs. in-stock items).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

4. Preorders

  • Preorder items will ship once production is complete, based on the estimated timeline noted on the product page.

  • If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are ready (unless you request split shipment at extra cost).

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for exchange or replacement.

6. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, but slight variations may occur (especially with handmade items).

  • All product images are for styling reference only. Oiiio is not affiliated with any third-party IPs such as Pop Mart or Pokémon unless explicitly stated.

7. Risk & Title

  • Ownership of products passes to you once payment is received in full and items are shipped.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
